Protein consumption and demand for protein foods is increasing. In Portugal, consumers would like to see more low-fat products with little or no sugar on the market. Many Portuguese are interested in foods that can be included in a routine with physical exercise.
GelyQuark is a product based on quark cheese and vegetable gelatin, with strawberry flavor, rich in protein and low in fat and carbohydrates. It has a firm consistency, does not contain sugar and is free of gluten and lactose, making it the ideal snack for any time of the day.
Our potential customers are individuals who exercise regularly and individuals who practice or want to practice a healthy lifestyle.
