DEHYDRATED “CALDO VERDE”

Abstract

Development of a dehydrated “Caldo Verde” with a shelf life longer than the traditional one. This product allows greater productivity for the consumer by increasing shelf time and developing a product with added value. Dehydrated green broth will include 3 dehydrated products: Galician cabbage, potatoes and chorizo.
