Food Engineer, Doctor in Packaging and professor in the areas of packaging, technological projects and product stability at the Faculty of Food Engineering of UNICAMP, São Paulo, Brazil. He has worked for 11 years in multinational packaging, food and pharmaceutical industries. He is a consultant for the Food, Packaging, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Hygiene, Cleaning and Cosmetics industries, in the areas of quality assurance and packaging development.
