Several researchers from the Center for Biotechnology and Fine Chemistry (CBQF), of the Faculty of Biotechnology of the Catholic University-Porto, participated in “Ciência 2018”. The purpose of this presence was, essencially, to disseminate the science that is produced in CBQF / Associated Laboratory during the largest scientific dissemination event held annually in Portugal (except for the years 2011 to 2015). In addition to the presentation of some posters of the research teams, Manuela Pintado, director of this associated laboratory, moderated a panel on "Sustainable Production and Consumption - Circular Economy."
