Silva of ESB led the edition of the special number of the Journal of Food Engineering focusing on "Food Science and Technology for a Sustainable Bioeconomy _ ISEKI_Food 2014" and can be found here. This special number resulted from the selection of the best articles on the theme of Food Science and Engineering for a Sustainable Bioeconomy of the 3rd International Congress of ISEKI network.
