I am graduated in Molecular and cellular biology, B.Sc. and M.Sc. at Universiy of Bologna. I worked for my M.Sc. internship period in a microbiology laboratory focusing on metalloid bioreduction by purple bacteria. Actually I am involved in an European project , ANSWER itn, financed by Marie Skłodowska-Curie program. I am a Ph.D. candidate at Universidade Catolica Portuguesa in Porto. My actual work focus on the study the possible spread of antibiotic resistance bacteria and genes through irrigation in agricultural fields. We are setting new parameter to study the antibiotic resistance genes and bacteria in a complex matrix, the soil.
