Experience in the area of Circular Economics, in particular on valorisation of by-products. Development of sensorial and nutritional differentiated food products and involvement in up-scaling processes for industry.
Currently Lab assistant and PhD student in ALCHEMY project collaborating in lignin valorisation from sugarcane straw and bagasse.
