Main study areas: PhD student in Public Health (1st year at FMUP, Porto); beyond curriculum in management, quality and audits, research in neglected disease, public health.

Main worked achievements: laboratory validation techniques, optimization new methodologies and quality control management, endocrine compounds research field, animal laboratory research field, musculoskeletal disorders research with child cohort monitoring - Generation XXI (FMUP, HSJ, Porto), cohort follow-up, neglected disease and primary health care at Hospital Geral do Bengo, Angola (Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian, CISA Angola).

Between 2014 until 2017 worked as a lab manager at CISA Project in Angola, first research center aimed to carry out and promote healthcare research taking into consideration the needs and priorities of Angola. The work also involved team supervision and training in epidemiology research in communicable and non-communicable diseases. 

At the moment works at ALCHEMY project (UCP-ESB) in laboratory management.  Her passion is to motivate people to develop the best research work possible, keeping them motivated, using various problem-solving skills. Training, organization, elaboration of procedures, maintenance, coordination, etc. are the main areas.
