Abstract

With the FISHCOLBOOSTER project, it is intended to obtain new collagen peptides from fish in an integrated system, obtaining high value fractions for human consumption, aquaculture, and cosmetics, with high added value and a vast dissemination through the wide dissemination plan.

The activities to be developed are:

1. Technical specifications.
2. Concept Development.
3. Construction of Prototypes.
4. Tests.
5. Promotion and Wide Dissemination of Results.
6. Technical management of the project.
