This talk will try to provide an overview of some of the work the Nutrition Team has been developing, mainly regarding two projects: the O-live project, designed to explore the impact of a Portuguese Olive Oil in participants health; and the ACT-19 project, aimed to assess stress levels and health markers amongst UCP students, during and after COVID-19 pandemic. Basically, our results show that diet, and nutrition, affect, modulate and interfere with important health parameters.
