Call for tenders for the attribution of two Research Scholarships

A tender is now open for the attribution of two Research Grants under the project “cLabel+: Innovative 'clean label' natural, nutritious and consumer-oriented foods” (POCI-01-0247-FEDER-046080), co-financed by the Fund European Regional Development (ERDF) through the Competitiveness and Internationalization Operational Program (POCI), under the following conditions:

Research Scholarships

Applicants for the research grant must have a Master's degree in Food Science or Engineering, Consumer Studies, Biotechnology or similar area. Applicants for the Research Grant must also be enrolled or commit to enrolling in a course that does not confer an academic degree, that promotes the consolidation of their scientific training  . Candidates must be able to communicate in Portuguese and are fluent in English. Candidates should possess knowledge/experience in sensory evaluation, development, characterization and validation of food products - chemical, physical (texture), microbiological and sensory attributes.

From January 25th, 2023, until February 08th, 2023, at 11:59 pm (Lisbon time).
