The CBQF Sensory and Consumer studies platform focus on using sensory and consumer science, as they apply to food, to establish and explore the sensory properties of food products, to decode consumer’s product experience and to predict products performance in traditional and new markets.

CAPACITIES
The CBQF Sensory and Consumer studies platform works both with trained/expert sensory panels and naïve consumer panels. Sensory facilities comply with the requirements of ISO 8589:2007 standard and include a preparation area, sensory room for group work and panel training and a laboratory equipped with testing booths.
