Evla is a lecturer at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Alagoas/Brazil. She got her B.Sc. in Nutritional Sciences and M.Sc. in Human Nutrition at Federal University of Alagoas/Brazil. Currently, Evla is a Ph.D. candidate in Science, Food Technology and, Nutrition at the Centre of Biotechnology from Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Her experience is in Nutritional Epidemiology, Child Nutrition, and Food Security, with a research interest in Food Systems Sustainability.
